Account Director – Responsibilities Oversee a portfolio of senior‑level client accounts, providing strategic insight and counsel Lead cross‑functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives Drive account growth through comprehensive account growth plans and thought leadership initiatives Mentor and coach junior account teammates Ensure successful project outcomes, client alignment, and adherence to timelines, scope, and budget Qualifications 8+ years of agency account management experience, including senior client engagement Superior communication and relationship‑management skills with C‑suite clients Strong knowledge of digital marketing and advertising services Experience developing strategic initiatives and marketing plans Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities What We Offer Competitive salary $210,000‑$250,000 with bonus potential.
