## Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator II to join our team in Hanover Park, IL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our machines operate efficiently and safely. If you have a passion for precision and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!
## Responsibilities
Operate and monitor various types of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to minimize downtime.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.
Document production data and machine performance metrics accurately.
Assist in training new operators on machine operation and safety standards.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing setting.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and understand technical documents and blueprints.
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
You should be proficient in:
