Operations Administrator

Be the nerve center of a growing Utah cleaning company. As our Operations Administrator, you'll book and manage appointments, schedule and confirm our cleaning crews, and keep every job on track from the first call to a spotless finish. You'll communicate daily with our cleaning teams in Spanish and with customers in English. This is a 100% remote role with steady hours (MST) and real room to grow. We train you on our systems, so bring the organization, the bilingual communication, and the reliability, and we'll show you the rest. Immediate start available. Requirements Fluent English AND Spanish (speaking and writing) - required. Highly organized and detail-driven, with nothing slipping through the cracks. Comfortable learning web-based software and dashboards (we train you). Reliable, self-managed, and available during business hours (MST). Prior admin, scheduling, or customer-service experience is a plus, not a must.
