ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2022 and is a growing team of three focused on building a strong, people-first environment. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a regional and national sales director, bringing leadership experience and a results-driven mindset into the agency.

I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family - my wife is a high school math teacher, and we have two boys. I stay actively involved in the community through my church and the Rotary Club.

For our team, we offer PTO, holiday pay, reimbursement for licensing costs, and a strong focus on work-life balance.

Our office culture is family-oriented, upbeat, and supportive. We enjoy working together and even have regular Friday team lunches. I believe in giving people ownership of their role without micromanaging, while still providing support when needed. Were looking for someone who is well-spoken, personable, intelligent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Richard Kobasic - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
