ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2022 and is a growing team of three focused on building a strong, people-first environment. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a regional and national sales director, bringing leadership experience and a results-driven mindset into the agency.

I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family - my wife is a high school math teacher, and we have two boys. I stay actively involved in the community through my church and the Rotary Club.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Richard Kobasic - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
