General Manager - Full Time
Clubhouse Lounge + Kitchen | 1001 Enclave Boulevard

As the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and driving the success of our front and back of house. Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) staff to ensure excellent service.
Financial Management: Manage labor, food, and beverage costs to achieve financial targets.
Operational Oversight: Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and vendor relationships.
Quality Control: Ensure menu consistency, quality, and presentation standards are upheld.
Guest Relations: Handle guest concerns professionally with a solutions-first approach.
Marketing Initiatives: Drive local marketing efforts, promotions, and community engagement.
Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant restaurant environment.
Team Culture: Create a positive team culture focused on hospitality and accountability.

Requirements

3+ years of restaurant management experience (sports bar or high-volume dining preferred).
Strong leadership and communication skills with proven team-building success.
Highly organized with strong financial and operational management skills.
Passionate about hospitality and creating a fun, lively atmosphere.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven environment, especially during big games and weekends.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
