We are hiring a skilled and motivated Restoration Technician to perform mitigation and restoration services for residential and commercial properties. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who works well under pressure, values craftsmanship, and understands the importance of customer care during stressful loss situations.

Perform water extraction, structural drying, fire and smoke mitigation Set up, monitor, and remove restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers) Perform controlled demolition and removal of damaged materials Clean, sanitize, and restore structural materials and contents Document job progress with photos and mobile job management software Maintain safe, organized, and professional job sites Communicate clearly with customers, adjusters, and team members Participate in on-call rotation for emergency response services Experience in restoration, mitigation, construction, general labor, or skilled trades preferred Knowledge of water damage restoration, mold remediation, or fire damage cleanup a plus Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and emergency calls Competitive pay with overtime potential Paid training and support for IICRC certifications Career advancement opportunities (Lead Technician, Crew Chief, Estimator, Project Manager) Work that directly helps families and businesses recover Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement (role dependent) ServiceMaster Restore franchise locations are independently owned and operated.
