In this onsite role in Farmers Branch, TX , you will help shape recruitment strategy and partner across HR and hiring teams to identify qualified candidates aligned with Envision’s mission and core values. Responsibilities Manage and execute full-cycle recruitment , including requisition intake, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate communication, offer coordination, and pipeline development. Consult with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs, review position requirements, develop recruitment strategies, evaluate candidates, and support hiring decisions in line with Envision policies , employment laws , and business needs. Collaborate with managers and supervisors to build proactive recruitment plans that support current and projected staffing needs, with focus on high volume , specialized , and difficult to fill positions. Participate in recruitment events that support blind/visually impaired and veteran employment and other eligible candidates, including job fairs, virtual career fairs, community organization partnerships, college recruiting, and additional creative recruiting events. Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as candidate flow , source effectiveness , time-to-fill , requisition aging , and offer acceptance , then recommend changes to improve efficiency, candidate quality, and hiring outcomes. Work with HR Managers and hiring managers to create competitive job offers that align with Envision’s compensation and total rewards philosophy . Partner with hiring departments, career pathway programs, Marketing, community partners, schools, workforce organizations, and staffing resources to promote opportunities and strengthen qualified candidate pipelines. Lead recruitment-related projects and process improvements supporting HR strategic priorities. Maintain accurate candidate workflow status, correspondence, interview data, disposition reasons, and offer details in Paycom . Support internal mobility by promoting internal opportunities, connecting employees with career pathway resources, and identifying qualified internal candidates. Maintain and submit Envision’s Affirmative Action Plans , coordinating required data, ensuring applicant tracking and outreach documentation are accurate, and supporting compliance with AAP , OFCCP , and VEVRAA requirements. Create, maintain, and update job descriptions with hiring managers and HR leadership to keep responsibilities, qualifications, reporting relationships, FLSA status, and job-related information accurate and aligned with organizational needs. Perform other duties as assigned with flexibility. Requirements High School Diploma required ; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred . Four (4) to six (6) years of professional human resources experience in recruitment and selection activities required. Strong knowledge of HR management principles and practices, including full-cycle recruitment sourcing strategies, candidate selection, and offer processes. High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams , and HRIS systems . Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers, candidates, community partners, staffing agencies, and other external recruitment sources. Strong consultative skills to advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies, candidate qualifications, hiring timelines, and labor market challenges. It also includes operating motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment such as forklifts. Working Conditions Working conditions may include general office environment and general shop or store conditions, exposure to humid or extreme hot/cold temperatures (non-weather), outdoor weather conditions, fluorescent lights, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic chemicals, loud noise intensity levels, risk of electrical shock, and travel for job-related needs.
