Collections Specialist

We’re hiring a Collections Specialist to join a growing real estate portfolio.
As the organization continues to scale, this role is critical in managing high-volume receivables and maintaining strong tenant relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts
- Communicate with tenants to resolve payment issues and negotiate plans
- Investigate billing discrepancies and collaborate cross-functionally
- Support escalations, legal coordination, and third-party collections
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of collections experience
- Comfortable handling high call volume and tenant interaction
- Excel and systems experience (Yardi a plus)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
