Before becoming an agent, I spent 17 years in supply chain logistics, starting in a warehouse loading trucks and working my way up to Director of Airfreight for North America. Along the way, I held roles in operations, outside sales, sales management, and branch leadership in both Memphis and Dallas, earning Branch of the Year honors at the North American level. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
