Customer Care Associate We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate individual to provide outstanding customer service at our Sona Pharmacy + Clinic. Responsibilities The Customer Care Associate will: Assist patients and complete cash register transactions while exhibiting kindness and respect. Provide exceptional customer service, directing inquiries to pharmacists when needed. Ensure the register balances after cash, check, and credit transactions. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, stock retail items and perform daily inventory maintenance. Assist with bagging prescriptions for pickup, shipment, and/or delivery. Maintain up-to-date patient information and uphold HIPAA confidentiality. Assist with online shopping orders and preparation for shipment.
