Strategic HR Generalist: Talent, Compliance & Coaching

A leading equipment provider in Maryland is seeking an HR professional to develop and implement HR solutions while partnering with team leaders. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations, conducting full life cycle recruiting, and ensuring compliance with policies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR and at least 3 years of experience in the field.
