Manufacturing Supervisor

**Description:** You will be the Multi\-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor \- Level 3 for the Pinellas F\-16/F\-35 Assembly team **What You Will Be Doing** As the Multi\-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor \- Level 3 you will be responsible for planning daily activities, sequencing, and assigning work to support business goals and targets across multiple COE Assembly Work Areas\. CITIZEN \- This position is located at a facility that requires special access\. **Basic Qualifications:** Experience with tools and drilling, fastener installation and systems typically used in a production/manufacturing environment\. \- Managing business metrics to drive performance \(Quality, Schedule, and Cost\)\. \- Working knowledge of crew planning, line balancing, and project management\. \- Experience with Microsoft Office programs \(i\.e\. Word, Excel, Power Point, and Power BI\) **Desired Skills:** \- Previous leadership experience \- Experience with tools and processes involving large assembly fixtures, drilling, fastening including complex assemblies and systems \- Experience in manufacturing/productions methodologies relating to structural and mechanical assemblies\. \- Excellent communication skills\. \- Experience with Solumina, SFM, and/or SAP systems\. \- Experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts and application\. \- Degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education\. **Clearance Level:** None **Other Important Information You Should Know** **Expression of Interest:** By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\.
