Key Responsibilities for the AR Specialist / Billing Specialist:

Process 5070 invoices daily across multiple divisions
Perform cash application and reconcile customer accounts
Handle credit memos, RMAs, and customer credit applications
Monitor accounts for non-payment, discrepancies, and delayed payments
Prepare receivables reports and support billing issue resolution

Qualifications for the AR Specialist / Billing Specialist:

57 years of AR/billing experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
Experience with high-volume invoicing and cash applications
Bachelors degree preferred
