Qualifications: Minimum 1–2 years of Social Work experience in inpatient hospital setting. Combination of LTAC, STACH, hospice, homecare, and/or health plan experience will be considered. MSW Required. LMSW or LCSW (preferred). Proficiency with various hospital EMR systems (i.e. Epic, Allscripts, Meditech, Cerner, Xsolis, etc.). Cancer Registrar Velarity HCS is seeking full & part-time cancer registrars with their ODS-C to join our award‑winning team. Qualifications: 2+ years of cancer registry abstracting experience in a hospital setting. Experience with multiple EMR’s and Registry Software (Metriq, CRStar, and more). Exceptional communication and customer service skills - verbal and written. Proficiency with standard-setters’ abstracting guidelines.
