Sales Manager

Classic CDJR Lancaster is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Lancaster, SC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and profitability while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead, train, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for company leadership.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
Strong knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze data and use it to drive decision-making.
Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
