What You'll Do

• Apply the nursing process to assess and prioritize patient care in the ER
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment plans
• Educate patients and their families about procedures and care instructions
• Document patient care accurately in medical records
• Monitor and respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition
• Assist with emergency procedures and support crisis intervention efforts

What You Need

• Valid Oregon RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of ER nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work evening shifts and adapt to fast-paced environments
