Production Foreman

We're looking for an experienced Production Foreman to lead daily rail welding operations at our Granite City, Illinois facility. This is a working leadership role where: You'll guide production employees Coordinate daily work assignments Support quality and safety initiatives And help keep operations running efficiently You'll work alongside your team to troubleshoot equipment, support production when needed, and ensure every shift delivers quality products while maintaining a safe work environment. Requirements What You'll Bring 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial, rail, welding, or heavy equipment production Experience leading, coaching, or directing production teams Strong mechanical aptitude with experience troubleshooting industrial equipment Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, or Teams Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Why Join A&K Railroad Materials?
