Job Description:
As a Business Analyst, you will support enterprise modernization initiatives by gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting processes, supporting solution design efforts, and assisting with testing and implementation activities. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to transform business needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, research, and document reviews.

• Translate business needs into user stories, business rules, functional requirements, and process documentation.

• Develop and maintain current-state and future-state process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures.

• Support requirements traceability and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

• Prepare user acceptance testing (UAT) test cases and participate in testing execution activities.

• Document testing results, defects, findings, and recommendations for resolution.

• Assist with solution assessments and collaborate with technical teams to support project delivery.

• Contribute to training materials, user guides, and knowledge transfer activities.

• Gather user feedback and provide insights to support adoption, process improvement, and change management efforts.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, and vendors to ensure project objectives and timelines are achieved.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

• Experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.

• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, process modeling, and requirements management.

• Experience creating process maps, workflows, user stories, business rules, and supporting documentation.

• Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test case development, and validation activities.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.

• Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements-gathering sessions.

• Ability to maintain documentation standards and manage requirements traceability.

• Experience supporting enterprise modernization initiatives, change management, or process improvement projects preferred.

• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, security practices, cloud-based platforms, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language is highly desirable.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
