Our size allows leaders to know their residents, support their teams, and remain actively involved in the day-to-day life of the community.Your Mission:As the Director of Nursing Services, you will provide clinical leadership that ensures exceptional resident care while creating a positive, supportive environment for your team.You'll oversee the daily operations of the Nursing Department, mentor and develop nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with the interdisciplinary team to promote resident-centered care.
