What You Will Be Doing Creating and issuing invoices to customers Auditing incoming invoices and documentation from carriers Processing credit memos Following up on missing documentation and unbilled orders Researching and resolving invoicing issues Answering the phone and responding to carrier payment inquires Requirements High School diploma Previous experience as a billing specialist or similar role Proficient in Microsoft Excel Prior experience with McLeod or EPay is preferred Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills Strong attention to detail Trident Transport is an Equal Opportunity Employer seeking candidates without regard to age, race, national origin, gender, disability, veteran status, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other protected status. #J-18808-Ljbffr
