Roles FRAGMENT creates tools at the intersection of finance, design, and engineering. We’ve built a small, multi-disciplinary team that works more like an orchestra than an assembly line. Designers write code. Engineers do marketing. And we all drink sparkling water. FRAGMENT is headquartered in New York City, with a few exceptional remote teammates in San Francisco, Sydney, and Vancouver. FRAGMENT is looking for a GTM Engineer to help us expand our reach. We sell to engineers, so our best marketing is technical: docs, example apps, and demos that teach developers something real. You'll operate like an internal product team pointed at awareness and adoption, shaping both the message and what we build next. This is a no-playbook role: you'll work directly with the founders and own how developers first meet FRAGMENT. The salary range for this role is $130-260k. A Responsibilities Own FRAGMENT 's developer content: docs, guides, tutorials, and launch posts that teach engineers how to model billing, payments, accounting, and reconciliation on our ledger API. Build example apps, sample repos, and interactive demos that let developers see the product work and get to a first integration fast. Drive the top-of-funnel motion: write technical content and campaigns that bring qualified developers to FRAGMENT , and instrument it so you know what's actually working. Represent FRAGMENT in developer communities, surface where developers get stuck, and turn it into better onboarding and sharp product feedback. B Requirements Strong hands-on coding ability. You have 3+ years in a technical role and can build a working integration or sample app without hand-holding. Strong technical writing. You can turn a complex financial concept into a doc or post a developer actually wants to read. Bias to ship and comfort with ambiguity.
