Summary The Mechanical Engineer I performs routine engineering work requiring application of standard techniques, procedures and criteria in carrying out a sequence of related engineering tasks. Responsibilities Provides engineering in form of models, drawings, feasibility studies, technical reports, design calculations etc. Assignments are screened and have clear and specific objectives and require a limited number of variables. Working in teams with other engineers and designers, perform tasks where limited exercise of judgement is required on details of work and when making selections and adaptations of alternatives. Interfaces with individuals within or outside the engineering team. Adheres to engineering and development policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent operations within the engineering teams. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required. Technical, problem-solving and communication skills 0-2 years’ experience Working with a global team Good verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of engineering principles and procedures. Excellent attention to detail. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with 3D and 2D engineering software or related software.
