What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of clinical dental/orthodontic equipment, sterilization techniques, and safety protocols.
• Clinical Mindset: Strong attention to detail—because precision matters in creating beautiful smiles—and the ability to stay focused and attentive in a fast-paced environment.
• Administrative Strengths: Solid organizational skills (helping handle clinical scheduling, patient records, and chairside inventory).
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly, customer-focused attitude that instantly makes patients feel at ease.
• Teamwork: A true team-player mindset and an eagerness to constantly learn, adapt, and grow in the dental field.
• Safety & Compliance: This is a safety-sensitive position and requires successfully passing a pre-employment drug screen. We strictly follow all CDC, OSHA, and American Dental Association (ADA) guidelines to keep everyone safe.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Chairside Assisting: Provide high-quality clinical assistance to the orthodontist during routine adjustments, bondings, and debonding procedures.
• Patient Care: Warmly welcome patients, guide them through their treatment steps, and provide clear oral hygiene instructions.
• Sterilization & Setup: Prepare, clean, and meticulously sterilize orthodontic instruments and treatment bays between appointments.
• Team Collaboration: Support frontline and clinical teammates to ensure an efficient, smooth, and positive daily patient flow.
