Location: Based in Dallas, Texas (nationwide travel required)

Compensation: $20 per sale – Average $200–$300/day, with potential to earn $600–$800/day (no cap on commissions)

What You’ll Do

Promote Rogue Paintball discounted tickets and specials at college campuses, events, and partner locations nationwide.

Set up at pre-scheduled locations (all scheduling handled for you).

Engage with customers, explain offers, and close sales.

Work solo or in pairs — we recommend teaming up for morale and fun.

Training & Onboarding

Training & Onboarding

All new hires complete a hands-on training period in Dallas to learn the role, sales process, and company systems.

During training, our team will help you make sales so you can build a solid foundation.

You’ll be responsible for your own daily transportation to and from the Dallas training site.

Once you’re ready, you’ll hit the road to travel nationwide with full support from our scheduling and logistics team.

Compensation & Perks

Commission: $20 per confirmed sale.

Average reps earn $200–$300/day; top performers make $600–$800/day — there’s no cap on commissions.

Extra Bonus: Those who provide their own vehicle for travel receive an additional bonus on top of the included gas and hotel coverage.

Requirements

Based in or able to start from Dallas, TX.

Outgoing, energetic personality with strong people skills.

Comfortable traveling (5 days per week).

Reliable transportation preferred (bonus perks for personal vehicle use).

No saples experience required — we’ll train the right people.
