Job Description A successful Recruitment Consultant focused on candidate and client generation, your day-to-day will be dynamic, rewarding, and growth oriented. The Successful Applicant A successful Recruitment Consultant should have: Experience in 360 recruitment sales or outbound sales required Proven experience in prospecting and closing deals, required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and candidates.
