Recruiter/HR Assistant

Our property management company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in various administrative tasks, helping to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations. Pay Range for this role is $75,000 t0 $80,000 based on experience, plus annual bonus potential. Provide our team with excellent customer care. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately. Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing documentation and coordinating orientation sessions. Help administer employee benefits and respond to basic employee inquiries. Assist in organizing employee training sessions and company events. Prepare HR reports and assist with compliance documentation. Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed. Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of HR Generalist experience or other HR support role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. #J-18808-Ljbffr Tlc-Management
