Accounts Payable ManagerThe Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of the Accounts Payable department, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments while maintaining strong internal controls and supporting continuous process improvement.Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Manager include, but are not limited to:Manage all Accounts Payable operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processingLead and develop a team of AP Supervisors and AP Analysts, including approximately 15–20 indirect reportsDrive process improvements, automation, reporting enhancements, and AI initiativesDevelop and monitor KPIs to improve productivity and operational performanceBuild strong relationships with internal departments and external suppliersPartner with operations to resolve AP-related issues and vendor inquiriesSupport month-end activities, audits, and special projectsEnsure compliance with company policies and internal controlsQualifications of the Accounts Payable Manager include, but are not limited to:Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered10+ years of Accounts Payable experience with at least 6 years in a leadership roleStrong leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skillsIntermediate or higher proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products.Experience with Coupa and P21 preferredProven ability to improve processes and manage high-volume AP operationsAdditional Information:Professional corporate office environmentMonday–Friday, standard business hours (fully in-office)Less than 10% travelDXP offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time regular employees, normally working a minimum of 30 hours per week, including: medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account, paid holidays, life and disability insurance, and additional supplemental benefits.
