Reporting Specialist

Reporting Specialist – Hybrid role based in Middleton, WI. Responsibilities Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify reporting needs and translate them into clear, detailed specifications. Work closely with the business intelligence team to develop, test, and deploy accurate and timely reports. Analyze reporting data for accuracy, identify gaps or errors, and recommend corrections. Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the report creation process. Review and validate completed reports to ensure they meet stakeholder expectations and quality standards. Communicate project status updates and resolve any issues or concerns with stakeholders. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in report creation and delivery. Qualifications & Experience High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Minimum 2 years of experience in a data reporting or related role. Experience collaborating with clients on reporting requirements. Ability to give presentations and report data at all organizational levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements. Preferred Qualifications Experience building and validating reports. Familiarity with business intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Compensation Salary Min: $19.66/HR – Max: $29.49/HR. (Base salary range may vary with location.)
