Responsibilities Build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with agencies, educational institutions, and community‑based organizations. Manage a caseload of participants by tracking participant progress toward education, training, and employment outcomes. Conduct intake, eligibility determination, and case management when appropriate. Ensure concise and timely case management of all participants by completing required documentation and updates in CWDS and other designated systems of record. Recruit applicants through outreach strategies including satellite sites, job fairs, schools, community organizations, and referral partners. Provide information to participants interested in educational training, create required individual Training Account documentation, and submit all completed materials for review and processing. Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma required; associate degree or some college preferred. Demonstrated telephone, computer, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining flexibility to meet contract and operational needs. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Regional travel is required. Able to work fully onsite, fully virtual, or in a hybrid environment.
