Exceptional customer service skills with both internal and external stakeholders
Strong communication and influencing abilities, including executive presence
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet goals in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance
Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to solve complex staffing challenges
Comfortable working independently with minimal direction and reprioritizing as needs change
Ability to manage documentation accurately and meet compliance standards

Some college required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume or multi-unit environments
Experience recruiting for leadership roles strongly preferred
