Work on the front lines of production in Gilberts, IL 60136, turning specs into stunning printed materials across web offset, digital, inkjet, and large-format workflows.

• Do you spot a color shift before anyone else does?
• Do you enjoy setting up machines and solving mechanical puzzles?
• Do you thrive when deadlines are tight and quality can’t slip?

• Operate and fine-tune multiple presses for optimal output and color fidelity.
• Continuously monitor runs to keep registration, color, and design on target.
• Handle routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Team up with designers to align on specifications and production requirements.
• Inspect completed materials and apply corrective adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.
• Document production runs and material usage accurately.

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical printing training a plus).
• Experience as a printer/press operator or comparable role preferred.
• Meticulous attention to detail; calm under tight timelines.
• Working knowledge of varied printing techniques and equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills.
• Strong communicator and reliable team player.
• Comfort lifting heavy materials and standing for long periods.
