RPA Process Strategy & Transformation Manager (TS SCI w/ Polygraph)

Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.

Work you'll do

As a PROJECT - Strategy, Growth, and Transformation RPA Process Analyst on the Government & Public Services team, you will be responsible for...

• Lead functional process analysis efforts for automation initiatives by assessing current-state processes and documenting future-state requirements
• Gather, manage, and document business and functional requirements in partnership with customers, stakeholders, and delivery teams
• Develop process flows, functional documentation, and supporting artifacts to enable automation design and implementation
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct testing activities, including test scenario development, defect tracking, and validation of delivered solutions
• Communicate with development teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and identify and document automation opportunities across the customer environment

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
• 6+ years of experience in business process analysis, functional requirements development, or process improvement
• 3+ years of experience developing process flows, functional specifications, or requirements documentation
• 3+ years of experience planning and executing system, integration, or user acceptance testing
• Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting federal government clients
• Experience working with automation platforms, workflow tools, or robotic process automation solutions
• Experience working with Agile delivery teams and backlog management tools
• Experience facilitating requirements sessions with business and technical stakeholders
• Experience creating process documentation using Visio, Lucidchart, or comparable tools
• Experience leading workstreams or small teams

This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,700 to $179,500.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
