As a **Food and Beverage Shift Lead**, you'll take the reins during shifts, ensuring smooth operations, top-tier customer service, and a welcoming atmosphere for guests.From preparing signature beverages and dishes to coordinating team tasks and keeping the space organized, this role offers the perfect blend of leadership, creativity, and hands-on service. If you're ready to lead with enthusiasm, tackle challenges with finesse, and create memorable moments for our guests, we want to meet you!Evenings and Weekends required.**Perks and Benefits*** Competitive pay & a Comprehensive Benefit Package.* Other benefits include Health Saving Account, Flexible Saving Account, Employee Assistance Program.* Annual Education Allowance* Generous Referral Program* Fun & collaborative company culture with lots of team building events* Friends and Family rates for Level Hotels & Furnished Suites, The Opus Hotel, and The Emily Hotel**What Will You Do?*** Lead shift operations by delegating tasks, managing breaks, and ensuring smooth workflow during peak and downtime.* Oversee administrative duties, including payroll, sales reporting, and daily team communication.* Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking and serving orders, and addressing concerns with tact and professionalism.* Ensure a positive guest experience by maintaining menu knowledge, accommodating dietary preferences, and promoting current offers.* Handle cash transactions, operate POS systems, and manage inventory for food and beverage supplies.* Prepare and serve beverages, food items, and assist with food prep tasks as needed.* Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas, complying with safety and sanitation standards.* Support team members with deliveries, stocking, and following established service procedures.* Other Duties as required**What You Bring:*** Previous experience as a barista/cook/supervisor* Previous experience as a shift lead.* Restuarant and/or coffee shop experience preferred* High School Diploma or GED**About the Company:**Coffee bar by day, wine bar by night.
