Title Specialist

SkyMark Refuelers, LLC is seeking candidates for aTitle Specialist. The Title Specialist performs administrative and clerical tasks/services for the Accounting Department and has primary responsibility for preparing all vehicle titling documents. The incumbent must maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Collect and maintain chassis records in Zoho on an ongoing basis. Verify documents returned by customers are signed and in order. Communicate (verbally and in writing) with customers, dealerships, sales, accounting, and operations. Prepare temp tags for customers. Prepare and send title & tax paperwork accurately for customer (or lienholder) to register their vehicle. Prepare tax reports required by the state division of motor vehicles. Enter sales invoices in NetSuite as needed. Notarize documents as needed.Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum: 3 years of experience in vehicle titling Workplace experience with NetSuite, Zoho or similar accounting software Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word Strong, effective, communication (both written and oral) skills Strong organizational skills Notary

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate, verbally and in writing, effectively with others, sit, stand, walk, and use hands to finger and handle keyboard, telephone, paper, files, and other equipment and objects. The employee is required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to xx pounds. This position requires the ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
