Description - Your Role Awaits

• Carry out standard and advanced clinical lab tests-covering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-following established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and manage preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
• Keep detailed documentation of all procedures, guide new team members or trainees, and ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards.
• Maintain a sanitized, safe working environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation stipulations.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be completed within one year of employment.
• Ongoing maintenance of current certification is required.
