As a remote role based out of our outpatient office in Spokane, you will enjoy the flexibility of a Monday to Friday schedule, typically from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, while also accommodating patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand patients' individual experiences and formulate appropriate treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions customized for each patient, considering their cultural backgrounds and personal circumstances.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to effectively address mental health concerns, fostering resilience and promoting overall well-being.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive, comprehensive patient care.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patients receive the necessary help without delay.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and local community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards to advocate for and protect patient rights.

• Actively engage in case conferences, team meetings, and cultural competency training sessions to continuously enhance therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.
\n
• A thorough understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, along with a strong commitment to cultural competency in therapy.

• Proven experience providing individual and group therapy using inclusive and culturally responsive methods.
\n
• Exceptional crisis intervention skills and the capacity to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated proficiency in building rapport with diverse populations.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications.
\n
• A commitment to maintaining professional boundaries, adhering to ethical guidelines, and ensuring confidentiality in all patient interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
