Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, applicants must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist.

• Proven experience in addressing the mental health needs of clients with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with diverse patient populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
