Key Responsibilities\n

• Lead engaging and effective therapy sessions for both individuals and groups, employing a variety of clinical techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Document detailed client progress, assessments, treatment plans, and outcomes in electronic health records (EHR) in accordance with best practices and legal requirements.

• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers, facilitating a team-oriented approach to treatment that ensures the clients receive holistic and effective support.

• Educate and advise family members on mental health issues, enhancing their understanding and skills to become effective caregivers for their loved ones.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and case conferences to discuss client care, share insights, and stay updated on best practices in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
