Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings of clients’ mental health status, allowing you to formulate tailored treatment plans effectively.

  Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based therapeutic modalities to guide clients toward positive outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve include a diverse range of individuals grappling with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will help these clients cultivate coping mechanisms while ensuring they feel safe and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree or Doctorate in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology.

  A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

  Strong counseling and therapeutic skills, showcasing the ability to establish rapport, trust, and motivational engagement with clients.

  Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling, preferably with 2 or more years of clinical practice under your belt.

Compensation and Benefits\n
