Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

  Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, new hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
