Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing for flexible working conditions while maintaining engagement with a supportive team environment. Regular consultations and team meetings via video conferencing ensure that our therapists stay connected and aligned with our mission of providing high-quality care. Our therapists typically work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with the possibility of rotating evening hours based on client appointments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and substance use challenges, accurately identifying co-occurring disorders.

• Work collaboratively with clients to create individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based interventions suited for both mental health and substance use disorders.

• Deliver therapeutic services through individual and group sessions to help clients enhance coping mechanisms, develop relapse prevention strategies, and practice emotional regulation.

• Coordinate integrated care efforts with psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction specialists within our multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive and comprehensive treatment for clients.

• Perform regular substance use monitoring and apply motivational interviewing techniques to encourage client engagement and commitment to their recovery journeys.

• Educate clients and their families about the relationship between mental health and substance use disorders, emphasizing adherence to treatment protocols.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and referrals in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate actively in case conferences, staff meetings, and training sessions aimed at enhancing the treatment of co-occurring disorders.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington is mandatory.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities for co-occurring disorders, including Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), is essential.

• A solid grasp of the interrelation between mental health conditions and substance use disorders is crucial for effective therapy.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams are required.

Preferred Experience\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
