Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective customers through calls, emails, and outreach efforts .
• Help build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Schedule and manage follow-up conversations to support acquisition goals.
• Work with the team to coordinate outreach and improve results.
• Keep track of activity and report progress toward goals .
• Follow office processes and stay compliant with required procedures.

What We’re Looking For 

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks (school comes first—you’ll still stay on track).
• Comfortable initiating contact and talking with people who may be unfamiliar with insurance— no sales experience required , just confidence and coachability.
• Basic comfort using social media and/or willingness to learn how to manage posts and stories for the business.
