What You'll Do:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional smile
- Manage multi-line phone systems and direct calls with ease
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for our agents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and messages
- Assist with administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly
- Be the friendly voice and face that sets the tone for our client experience
What We're Looking For:
- Outstanding communication skills
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping people
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, scheduling software)
