This role requires working three 12-hour night shifts per week. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience. First-time travelers are welcome to apply. Profiles of candidates with only 1 year of experience will be reviewed by management for consideration. The schedule includes weekdays and some weekends, with rotating holidays. Call and floating to different units within the organization are required. Patient ratios are 3:1 during nights and weekends. This unit specializes in cardiac care and manages a variety of diagnoses. Required skills include management of ventilated patients, IV administration, and interpretation of dysrhythmias. Additional responsibilities include care for chronic ventilated patients and post-lung transplant care. Two professional references are required, including one from a formal leadership capacity. Candidates must complete necessary credentialing processes in a timely manner. Education must be from an accredited nursing program.
