About the Position

The nurse will work night shifts, specifically 3x12-hour shifts. The role involves providing care for adult and geriatric patients. The daily census is approximately 28 patients. The unit has a total of 30 beds. The registered nurse will be expected to float to different units as needed. The patient-to-nurse ratio during shifts will be maintained at a manageable level. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential. Candidates must provide two professional references, including one from a manager or director. The candidate must complete fingerprinting as part of the onboarding process. Education must be from an accredited nursing program.
