Our client is a Real Estate Private Equity firm who is looking to add a talented Fund Finance Associate/Senior Associate to their team. The firm is in high growth mode and has an excellent culture/work life balance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review/prepare financial statements
- Investor capital reporting
- Variance analysis
- Financial analysis
- Budgeting, forecasting, and actuals
- Special projects
- Process improvement
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in Finance/Accounting
- Bachelors degree or higher
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Enthusiastic self-starter
