About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) with an entrepreneurial spirit to take on the exciting challenge of building and scaling a startup. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team of serial entrepreneurs and will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced founders who are dedicated to supporting the growth of outlier and serial entrepreneurs. The role involves owning, building, and running a startup, with a focus on personal and professional development, team building, and product iteration to achieve significant revenue growth. As the COO, you will be responsible for all aspects of the startup, including its strategic direction, operations, and financial management. The ideal candidate should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation, and must be willing to take full responsibility for the success of the startup, with the goal of scaling it to over €100M in revenue. Excellent communication skills in English are a must.
