About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) and B2B Co-Founder to join their dynamic team of serial entrepreneurs. The successful candidate will be an ambitious individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, ready to take on the challenge of starting and scaling their own B2B startup. As a COO and Co-Founder, you will be responsible for owning, building, and running the startup, with a focus on personal and professional development. The role involves an extensive journey of personal growth, including a fully customized program for goal, time, and energy management, as well as intensive coaching to prepare the startup for significant funding rounds. Applicants for this role should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation, and must be willing to take full responsibility for their startup, with the goal of scaling it to over €100M in revenues. Excellent communication skills in English are a must. The company offers a unique opportunity to work closely with unicorn founders, access a top-tier community of peers and investors, and receive support in team building, distribution, and funding. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, outlier personality with a proven track record of entrepreneurship, and is ready to make a significant impact in the B2B space.
