Associate Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an Associate Operations Coordinator to support daily office and operational activities in Pharr, TX. This is a Long-term Contract position suited for someone who enjoys balancing customer interaction, administrative coordination, and process-focused work in an onsite environment. The ideal candidate will help keep workflows organized, provide responsive service, and contribute to consistent execution across scheduling, invoicing, and shipping-related tasks.Responsibilities:• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational support activities to help maintain an efficient office environment.• Respond to customer and internal inquiries with professionalism, providing clear communication and timely follow-up.• Schedule appointments and manage calendars or related logistics to support smooth daily operations.• Prepare, review, and process invoices and other routine documentation with close attention to accuracy.• Assist with shipping and office support functions, ensuring tasks are completed according to established procedures.• Use Microsoft Office applications and other computer-based tools to track information, prepare records, and maintain organized files.• Follow company policies and standard operating procedures while helping uphold quality and service expectations.• Support training and onboarding activities by sharing process guidance and reinforcing operational best practices.
